Elevations
Bar elevations are one of the best exercises if you want to have impressive back muscles. Especially bar elevations with spread arms, beyond shoulders width, are a particularly intense work and increase your back muscles. The exercise consists in climbing up the body up to chest height down after it as much as possible. Do several repetitions.
Olympic squat
To work glutes and legs there is no exercises like squats. With a bar on your back, and the weight to your choosing, Olympic squats are distinguished from other squat exercises in that develop muscle power of the knee extensor and hips, specially working the hips. This exercise is done with a bar very high on trapezes and with feet closer than in a regular squat. The descent should be made to the bottom.

Deadlift
The champion of the exercises to work your back is the deadlift. It consists of lifting a heavy bar from the ground in a curved or squat position. It is considered by many to be the quintessential weight lifting.
Bench press
Bench press with bar is one of the best exercises for chest hypertrophy. You can do it in various ways. Curved, so the shoulders aren’t as pressed or using the normal lying down. This is the most efficient exercises in the development of the muscles in the chest, but it must be done with great care to protect the shoulders. You can do it too with dumbbells instead of using the bar or other equipment.
Rowing with dumbbells
Working arms and biceps increase the maximum preferably through the use of free weights instead of the bar. Use free weights also brings the advantage of if they can correct imbalances that may exist between the arms, more easily.
