It is one area that draws more attention on a bodybuilder, but working the pectorals is no easy task. Therefore, we have some tips for those who want to give the best exercises to this muscles.
Push-ups
In addition to exercising your arms, you also will see a constant contraction of the pectoral muscles, ensuring them activity and, consequently, promoting creation of muscle mass.
Elevations
Cross your legs and lift up in a suspended bar. Repeat this exercise approximately 50 times each training session. You will feel changes in pectoral muscle capacity within a short time, if the exercises are methodical and usual.
Use dumbbells
Lie down on a bench and lift dumbbells, joining them above your face. Thus, you get a located pectoral muscles workout.
Abdominals
Your belly also need exercising, toning and muscle mass building. About 50 sit-ups per session are good enough.
Be intense
Pectoral muscles are the hardest to get in shape, so it is important that each series of exercises is carried out with the greatest intensity possible.
