Walk, walk, walk. Go through tracks already trodden, for too many, it may seem boring. But it is not. Trekking is the living proof that walking through nature can bring up passions that, otherwise, you would never find.
Also known as hike or mountain tour, trekking is defined by walking through tracks in the middle of the wilderness, always with a map and a preset path. Ideally, the tour should be done in small groups of three to six people, so they always can assist each other, but not too large in order to prevent anyone getting behind or becoming a burden to the rest of the group.
There are numerous benefits from this activity: it frees yourself from gyms, which overcrowded and noisy, and returns you to the origins of mankind, remembering pure scents and breathing pollution-free air. Also, doing exercises nearby the oxygen source gives a whole new vitality to the lungs and to the whole body. As if this wasn’t enough, clear the head (literally) refresh thoughts are also obvious advantages.
Although this is a habit more cherished by the natural landscapes lovers and by the ones who are not afraid to spend the night camping or havens – which happens frequently in long trekking tours, that take hours and sometimes more than a day – anyone can find a new passion in this healthy practice.
