Acroyoga mix yoga with circus acrobatics and gymnastics. And, at the same time it promotes meditation and even miraculous capabilities of Thai massages and therapy by feeling of flight, it also stimulates the human body with high difficulty positions. It happens because the movements depend on three people: the base, who aids the flyer to rise and perform the positions without touching the ground. Ideally, there must be a spotter monitoring the exercises, so there is always certain that the flyer lands with maximum security.

Despite many people do not believe that they can make these complex poses, in fact, those poses are simpler than they appear. Especially as the practice is becoming increasingly common, the ability to concentrate and balance, while the muscles are relaxed with the feeling of simulated flight. As if that wasn’t enough, some of the stunts are accompanied by simultaneous sessions of massage. At least, it’s worth a try, does it not?
