If you feel that working out with someone give you that extra strength, talk with friends and practice together. The ideal would be to find someone to pull for you and do not let you falter. It is not worth to invite a friend to spend half the time in training talking to other.

Use pictures of someone you admire is a great way to stay motivated. Images with bodies that you would like to have, even if you don’t succeed, can take you further.

Start taking pictures of yourself. By seeing the image of your body while you go changing can be what is missing when you need that extra motivation.

Train the way you like

This trick will keep you motivated: there’s nothing worse than train for duty. Choose your favorite equipment or the type of exercises that you like most will increase your psychological resistance to the effort required.
